Hi! I just tested it, and it still seems to be working. After you select your avatar, you have to scroll down to where it says “Update account” and click on it; it should then save. Hope this helps ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

I just tried that and tried to save it by clicking update account but it still wouldn't save it for me 

It looks like your image. If it is a private file, it can't do that.
