No, I looked at your horses, saw Valentino and the next one after him and immediately saw the problem. They did not have their Foal Training fully completed which negates them having a full training boost from being bred, on top of, not doing a full Foal Training? It does not fully unlock their Personality from the Veterinary place. So, you will have to go here Vet [[clickable link]] and scroll down to where it says Personality Test and plop them all in there. 

If they do not know show up, but their have Careers ticked and even, say for example, Model chosen? More than likely their Foal Training was not completed and needs to be Personality Tested at the vet's place.

You're welcome! Try to get into the habit, when you purchase a new horse and or capture a wild, always try to go to the Vet's place to check and see if any horses are in the drop down menu for Personality Tested. 

I've began to condition myself to always go there or check myself to see if they need that, or gene tested or even DNA tested too. This way? It helps me out in the long run of it all and makes sure everything is all done.
