Show switch from universal to foundation

This has been a problem with my horses. I buy a horse because they make good money, and then they suddenly switch back to foundation, so I am forced to sell or retire them. This has happened for the third time today. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I can't afford to keep every universal horse when they switch back to foundation because I already have a bunch of foundation Lusitanos already. Thanks.

Hey there this wiki page ( https://horsefable.wiki/performance-stats-ps/ ) explains the Disc show tiers and ranks and how they work. In short yes the horses loop back to foundation, but they are in a different tier of foundation.
As for the money issue when they do this this feature request talks on this and improving it
