Tiger eye in Paso Finos

Does tiger eye actually exist in-game as a heritable trait? And if yes, can it be graded to other breeds?
Tiger eye can be graded into other breeds with some success.
stage1 mustang to displayed Tiger eye paso 50/50 (all TE carriers).
stage2 bred these 50/50 carriers together.. I had success in displayed 50/50 tiger eye offspring.
stage3 bred these 50/50 displayed Tiger eye to Mustang, now 75% cross
stage4 bred these 75% Tiger eye carriers together to pull and display Tiger Eye.
This is where it got frustrating and became a tumbling block. My success rate at stage 4 was 0 in displayed Tiger Eye outcomes. With over 100 horses used just on this project alone, I ended up retiring it to focusing on Mu and Ma Mustang.
Three projects on the go at one time was just too much focus, but it can be done.
