In the foals history it says she was sent to the horse rescue center and theb adopted by tanother player.

The foal in question shows owned by Ember90 because on 8/30/2026 you surrendered it to the Rescue Center and then they adopted it.  This would be why the breeding was successful, your mare has a cooldown, and why she has a foal listed, but you do not own it

? I did not do that! I did not surrender my foal? I didn't even SEE the foal until about an hour ago when I sat down at my desk and started checking on all my horses…Why did that happen? I didn't even know the breeding was successful. I bred the horses, wanted to breed others, realized they were too young (all under 3yo), then gave up and logged off. I am just now finding out that not only was it successful, I “gave up” my foal I wasn't even aware of? 

Also, I have not once touched the rescue center. I bought and made every single horse I have, I've only glanced at the rescue center as I have been learning this site and trying to figure everything out. Is this some kind of bug or something? This is extremely confusing

will ask a mod to look into this, but as a heads-up you don't have to go to the rescue center to surrender horses. you can just do it from their page by editing their info and clicking surrender, without ever visiting the rescue page.

That's very important to know, thank you! However, this would still not answer the why as I was not even aware of the filly's existence until i logged on this morning. My first time ever seeing her page was when i checked on her mother, wondering why she had the cooldown symbol if there was no baby in my herd. Then i saw my little girl and said ??huh??? Lol. I have emailed the mods and messaged the other player so I'm really hoping this will be resolved soon

The other player didn't do anything wrong. They just adopted the horse from the rescue. 😥

I see they sent the horse back to you, and hopefully it didn't bother them to do so, but yeah… people who grab horses from the rescue aren't trying to steal them from anyone 😭

No one stole anything, and no one thinks that there was nefarious activity afoot, haha! It's likely a simple bug or a mistake on my part, and the issue has been resolved. Thank you so so much to everyone who replied! I'm so incredibly happy I have my first baby back <3
