I purchased Diva thinking she groom my horses at my barn. She doesn't. What does she do?
If you go to Horses > Manage > Care tab, you should have a box you can select to groom all of your horses kept at home.
Tacking on, if you purchase the other two employees to feed/water your horses? You'd have to go to the same place as above, as Mewlie mentioned to care for them all too.
