Hey there Lucy, if you are talking about quests that you pick up while exploring the Hoofbeat Plains then to turn them in head to the [Quests Page] which can otherwise be found under the “Explore” navigation (second option in dropdown).  Any active quests you have picked up that still have time left should show up in the top section (this is where you can turn them in)

What about the active fable quests? I am struggling with those as i am unable to interact with the characters for some reason x

The tutorial quests?    Let me let Curly and the team know and see if they have any input

Also how do I level up? 

Is it possible you've interacted with them all and that they are all done? If so, then no, they do not come back. I haven't had them come back since I completed the tutorial, years ago.

Now, it could be possible that your tutorial quests, could be bugged. Quests

Will show you your active quests, either from Hoofbeat Plains or not. Scroll down and if you have 12? Say Complete, then you have done ALL of the tutorials available, unfortunately. If there is one that does not say complete? Then one is bugged.

As for leveling up overall? Finding NPCs in Hoofbeat plains and finishing them up, as Rose mentioned earlier.

• Red Arrow is the section for Quests from NPCs found in explore / Hoofbeat Plains.   To turn those in you just hit the “Visit Name” button to the right and it will allow you to speak to the NPC and turn in the quest.
• Blue Arrow is the section for the intro Tutorial.   Once completed you cannot go back to them and they will say “Complete” and the NPCs will no longer show up in their respected areas.   If you completed the tutorial in full you will no longer have a tutorial / book icon near your player energy.
