Question for bred foal selection.

So, we can breed a new foal, say it's open for the Tier 2 locals. But these horses generally level up quite quickly and move out of local Tier 2 also quite quickly. So is it at the end of the month, whatever tier and set they're in, that's what they're competition will be? Or is it the Tier that will determine???

Just need some clarification. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Wanted soft clarification; I just bred a cutting foal, so once foal training is done, I should not enter it into any Halters and have to wait until it is 2 years of age to start showing it in Disciplines, right?

As I feel, that doesn't leave us much time to show them before end of the month, since we cannot show them until 2 years of age.
