Career Center It's underneath Estate Tab. Model is the basic option, most people use and if no horses show up? Make sure their path, is ticked to Careers only and the drop down menu, has Model Horse selected. As well, make sure the horse has either had their foal training, completely done to make sure that their whole personality, is unlocked OR you get that done at the veterinary and pay to have the rest of their personality unlocked, then you can send them out that way.
