New Abstang and Akhal-Teke art

So, i noticed the abstang and the Akhal-Teke new art look almost identical, I would have the thought the Akhal-Teke would have more a leggy base with the classic little to no mane look for a base lineart. Is this going to change or are they just going to stay having the same horse build?
Currently, these are the โstockโ images. The individual breeds will get their own art as we go along, from what I understand.
Oh that's awesome!
๐จ The V2 Art Change๐จ
-Typed out on July 6, 2026 (in the official discord, I have made some edits for this forum response)
Purebreds with V2 Art already
- Thoroughbred, Welsh C, Clydesdale, Arabian, Chincoteague, Irish Cob
Crossbreeds with V2 Art already
- Appalachian Mountain Horse, Walkaloosa, Brumbian, National Show Horse, Pintaloosa, Cobblestan, Cobian, Elvish War Horse, Cob Walker
What about all the other breeds in game?
- All other breeds will move to their related generic V2 art until unique art is completed (why they all look the same).
- Example Breeds: Brumby -> Generic Pony, Friesian -> Generic Light Draft. If you don't know what generic a breed will use you can check out the https://horsefable.wiki/breeds
What breeds have V2 in progress? (If I missed one I am sorry)
- American Paint, New Breed, Mustang, Staverden, Appaloosa, Akhal Teke, Irish Draught, Norwegian Fjord, Brindabella, Ashgabat
I checked out the Notion but how do I read it?
- Under the "Status" column if a breed has Live in green then they are already active in game. Ready (Purple) means they are good to go and just need to be added in the game, Adjusting Tack (Blue) means they are in the phase to have tack fitting to the art, Coloring (Pink) means they are getting all their color + pattern layers made, Sketching (Orange) means they are in the starting steps of their art like 1st + 2nd sketches.
- Under the "Projected Release" column you will see when it was added to the game or when it is / was planned to be released (This column though is, as of this post, outdated / not updated)

Tekes are one of the breeds that the community was able to provide feedback for the sketches through Premium Corner (Subbed players). The Teke art came along really nicely
