pretty sure the rainbow tonics are a decor by the way, all of the things are decor for horses as far as I know  :)

you can equip the regular tonics through the inventory! unfortunately there's no way to preview how they look so here's one of mine as an example

the spicy tonics can be previewed and equipped through the equipper though!
