Value of Encrusted Tack

Hi! First of I would like to ask if encrusted tack helps with Halter horses as well as Discipline horses. I have a fair bit and will put some on my halter horses if it will help them win more often.
Secondly I am thinking of selling some of my encrusted tack but I have no idea what the going rate is. Thank you for any tips, help or advice <3
tack of any sort does not help with halter shows.
You will make more selling the gems than the encrusted tack.
Tack comes in different types and colours, and people will always be looking for specific tack/gem combos, so it's nearly impossible to sell pre-encrusted.
for example, you make a set of Ruby red velvet Western tack. Seems one of the safer bets as it's event tack and colour coordinated.
person A is looking for a set of Garnet red velvet Western tack.
person B is looking for a set of Ruby red velvet English tack. so neither will buy your set.
however you could sell person A a set of red velvet western tack, and person B you could sell your Ruby gems.

Encrusted tack does help discipline horses. It offers a slight boost to the horse when they enter the show. I have tested this myself, and my encrusted tack wearers score higher on average. It also adds additional point bonus that helps you to level your horses slightly faster.
As far as halter shows go, encrusted tack doesn't really matter.
