Help. What is your favourite horse coat?

Just wondering, what horse coats do people particularly like? Because I have a crossbreed project, and right now, I don't know what coats to really focus on. I notice people like cream, pearl, etc, but what else? You can add links to your own horses if you want. Thanks.

I like Amber Champagne and any dapple!
Sunset Shore's Irish Cobs, Mustangs and Shetland Ponies
I like a lot of different things, depending on breeds, but consistently love a flaxen liver chestnut 🤩
for example, while she's not the most amazing horse I have in stats or anything, I LOVE this horse's appearance so very much.

I love a good roan or dapple. I'd say color wise Liver chestnut and Black are usually nice to look at for me.
