This could be, someone put a purebred there, or it could be a crossbreed, not in a campaign yet ((Some players will toss them into World of Crossbreed club, to see how many stars a foal has, if they are doing a Crossbreed Campaign. Purple Stars is recognized crosses, like Friesdales, Abstangs, Anlgo Arabians etc.

Blue ish Teal is for Crossbreed Campaigns.
