What is Perlino???

Can someone explain the Perlino coat? What combination of genes make this? Thanks.
Perlino is two copies of cream (CrCr) on a Bay coat. (aside from Brown bay, which makes it Brown Bay Cream instead)
How do you know what base coat a horse has?
