Welcome @MaidenMare :)  Online numbers can usually range anywhere from a handful of people to upwards of 25-30 players depending on the time, HoFa isn't anything in numbers like say Howrse, but it doesn't lack in community.    Sometimes forums might have quiet moments, but don't let the fool you, we have a good mix of talkers and lurkers - just sometimes we all seem to hit busy times all at once (lol).    If you have discord, HoFa has an official discord too where you can find a lot more of the community around at broader hours (Can go to Community and then Discord), if not no worries, plenty of us are around or try to check in on forums when we can.   

As Harrowing said, March is currently packed with a lot of fun events (Can find more info here), art work updates for horses has been in progress for a good lil bit now and is by no means stopping anytime soon (The HoFa Horse Art Notion Page - Usually pretty well up to date), and of course things like Feature Requests are still active and looked into when Curly, Mods, and the dev team have the ability to.  If you ever have any questions feel free to ask here in forums, in the discord, or reach out anytime :D
