that happens to me too I'm level 5 and it says 615/600

It's been like this for a while. We were supposed to get new quests, not the NPC ones, but like going to talk to NPCs throughout the game, like the tutorial, but that hasn't happened yet, then everything was upheaved with Bed and such. I'm sure we will still get some, but on backburner for now, as I am well over the limit myself and haven't leveled up too.
