Features:
Tutorial: You will need to use this.
Manual Calculator and Tracker: For use when you don't know any ideal breed standards yet or when you want to do a quick foal check without mass data entry. Includes a quick min/max BS score calculator for a foal, a table to track new breed standards, and min/max BVs if the ideal is known.
Breed Standard Reporting: This calculator is designed to help you track and discover breed standards. A template is included for you to fill for each ideal breed standard you discover. These details will then be included in calculations.
Complete Breed Registry: Used in various formulas and dropdowns. More info in the tutorial should you need to add to it, but currently completed up to the Elvish Warhorse release. Includes purebred, crossbred, and campaign horses.
Master Stable: Log all your horses here.
Pairing Pro: The feature presentation. Allows you to compare all eligible bachelor(ette)s in your master stable to your ‘active’ horse. Options for pure or crossbreeding. Includes maximum number of each rating (E/G/F/P) as well as probability of each rating, provided you have filled out the ideal breed standard for the foal's breed. It also includes the simple min/max values for the foal like with the manual calculator, so you can use this for breeds that you are still discovering. TB, PS, and skills are also calculated. There is also a lethal FrFr flag for a possibly lethal combination.
Genetics (V2): Gene tracking has been added to the Master Stable and Pairing Pro. Version 2 of the sheet has this added functionality, as well as other various improvements (see my comment in the thread).
DNA Tracker (V3): Cross+ feature added to log your horse and foal breed percentages.
You will need to make yourself a copy to use it. If there are any mistakes I've made, please let me know!

Thanks @Snowfalls :) It is currently missing a couple crossbreeds, but I'll get them added. Currently working on getting uneven breed splits working. So many formulas.

Advanced Crossbreeds and Campaign Breeds:
- Complex crosses (non 50/50) are now functional
- Cross+ feature for generic crossbred horses
- Requires manual entry to change the horse breed from ‘Crossbreed’ to ‘Cross+’ and entry of each breed percentage in the Master Stable
- Added campaign dropdown options to the Master Stable
- Added campaign foal options to Pairing Pro

UPDATED Tabs:
- All Breed Names has been removed
- Cross Registry, which tracked only game-recognized 50/50 crosses, has been replaced with an all-inclusive Breed Registry. All pures, crosses, and campaigns are stored here.
- A Random Info tab has been added in. You can do what you want with it; I just made it for myself and left it there. It has no formulas.
- Master Stable data entry has changed to take a full copy/paste of your HoFa stable spreadsheet, with a few optional manual entry points, plus other feature changes (see below).
- The tutorial has been updated.
USER EXPERIENCE:
- Removed gradient headers from Pairing Pro
- Adjusted colours across most sheets
- Added a stable tracker to the Master Stable for multiple accounts or breeding partners
- Added a default permanent filter to the Master Stable
- Added a saved filter view to Pairing Pro
Other Updates:
- Pairing Pro: Fixed formula for EGFP counts

The inbreeding tracker will be a separate document entirely, as it was causing lag. It should be released some time in April, as I am taking a break from it.
