What are the Cinnamon Dyes

I keep getting them and I when I try to “use” them no horses show up is it like a breed specific thing ?
You use dyes to color white tack that you can buy in the general store and dye in your craft roo. Usually you get other dyes but right now the explore is massively bugged and only a select few things are available. There is a bug report for it but so far no updates
