Wild Horse Round-up! Entries closed!

The dust has barely settled, but the corrals are full! Some of HoFa's fearless wranglers have just returned with a substantial herd of untamed, wild horses! Pulled straight from the open ranges of Hoofbeat Plains, these horses are brimming with hidden potential. No papers, no polish - just possibility!
That's where you come in!
Participants will comment to receive a randomly assigned ticket, and fate will decide which wild horse they've been matched with. Once the draw is complete, the challenge begins. All players will have until February 28th to train and show their horse. Players have until January 30th to buy in, and all wilds will be sent to their designated stables on the morning of January 31st. Halter? Discipline? It's up to you.
The players with the highest leveled horses win!
Wilds will be caught and frozen until they are chosen, and sent to their new homes. Wilds will be untrained, unregistered, and left entirely a mystery until chosen. Numbers (1-20) will randomly be assigned to each horse.
There is a cap of 20 player entries! Please comment if you would like to join! Once you comment, you will be receive a direct message with your ticket number!
Everyone gets to keep their given wilds after the competition is over!

WOW! I am so happy to see so much response to this - slots filled WAY faster than I was anticipating. Is there favor in starting the competition early - say, Monday the 25th?
edit: also if this is popular enough, I'd be happy to make a club so that posts from it do not clog up the forum.

Yes to club, no to starting early. Unfortunately, I am getting sick once more ((Fever spiked from 99.6F to 100.0F within a little over an hour time frame.))
And I know I'm gonna be laid up if we try to start earlier and I don't wanna miss out, since when I got sick last time, slept 18 hours the first day, then did a lot more sleeping with barely eating anything for three days straight, off and on I mean. My mom said she will try to get me medication like she got me last time today but I will be asleep whenever she gets home, but I know it will still be hard on me around 25th, at least the original time frame, it would give me more time to get better and not be as sick.

Hey, one question:
Can we rename our ticket horses, or will it make it hard to keep track of everyone's adopted horses? :)
