Is Patn2 in an Irish Cobs confirmation?

Pretty much just the title. I have my own leopard Irish Cobs so I know that Patn1 is in confirmation but I have never seen a Patn2. Is it grade only or is it just super rare?
yes it's a purebred gene, i caught a wild cob carrying Patn2 very recently actually!
