Cant find private trade

Someone had sent me a private trade for a commission and I wasnt going to accept it until I was done, but now I dont know how to get back to it. Ive been to the trades tab im not really sure where to look.

this is a pretty old and known issue yeah! i've seen lots of people talk about over the years while having different phone and browser combinations, my iphone + safari only shows the buttons after i fiddle with it for a while. kinda strange that there's no bug report for it yet given how widespread the issue is haha, i could have sworn there already was one but after searching for it i guess not. o.O

I feel like maybe there was back in the day. It used to be if I fought it, it would scroll down enough but never anymore

If you rotate your phone it will show up. You can also โ€œtapโ€ on the menu and the search/notifications will show up. I usually just rotate bc the tap can be frustrating. Iโ€™m not sure if it qualifies as a bug and is more so what Beni was saying: https://imgur.com/a/cMO5m16

It's never worked for me on any browser I've tried, and I have a z-flip which is an extra long screen, doesn't help at all. If the buttons don't show up across so many varied devices and browsers, that's an issue with the site, a bug, not a user/browser/device problem. The scroll on the menu needs to be fixed or the buttons moved to be mobile friendly, you should be able to use horse search or check your notifications without switching to desktop mode

Yeah rotating doesn't work either. If as many other players have issues in multiple browsers and various different phones then yeah that might be more a bug then a phone issue

Again, if this is an issue a report is beneficial. Including what browsers and even as far as phone or tablet device types for those experiencing it. If it works fine on some devices but not others, it's probably not as straightforward as it should be. We cannot try to get buttons working for people if we don't have information on the issue at hand.
