I like it! Love that it is similar to the current style. The topline just looks a little off to me. Maybe a touch butt high? But maybe that is from the steep wither?

I really like the changes made, and could live with the topline - but agree if it had a minor adjustment it would be even better!    Can't wait to go full in with Appys, just started buying up wilds and foundations and will be very happy to keep them and fully breed them now.     You are doing an awesome job Thunder!

The neck looks too short & the hindquarters gives off the vibe that it is higher than the withers

Thank You all for the suggestions! It's true, the butt is a bit higher than the withers, the horse is built slightly downhill in accordance to multiple reference photos. It's downhill to a very similar degree to the appy on the old model. I've filled the topline a little, since it's a feature that varies from horse to horse and it should look more proportional this way.

I will for sure be fully breeding appys now, I have been collecting them but hesitant to fully get into them.   I love the updated sketch and cant wait to see them fully come to life with colors :D
