How to level up

Hello, im playing again after a few years, I'm currently at level 5 my xp is 661/600, why haven't i levelled up? is theres some button that i need to click?

You and everyone else is stuck at that. It's supposed to have leveled us up but it never did and the one remaining Dev marked it as not a bug, so I have no idea wtf is going on anymore.
