Is there any other way to groom your horses tail or mane with the cut or growth serum,
When I go here: Horses- Groom there are only 4 horses available.
Unfortunately, those serums are for the new artwork only, so Clydesdales, Arabians, Thoroughbreds and the Welsh C and until the other breeds, maybe get new artwork, they can never get new manes/tails. Unfortunately the description does not mention this at all and there was a Feature Request to have that kind of information added in but who knows if it ever will.
((Note the few campaigns completed I am not in so I am not sure if the serums extends to them too.))
