NSH training boost

I just got my first foal from my NSH line aged up, foal training was completed but the training boost says 0. Anyone know why that would be? Sires was also 0 but Dam was 2. I don’t recall ever breeding a foal, with one parent having at least some training boost, ending up with 0 themselves.

As a reminder, TB's come from their parents levels and not from their parents training boosts.
IF you bred the two parents as they stand now, mare is level 31 and stallion is level 7, this would equate to a foal TB of 4.
Seeing as the foal doesn't have any TB at all (I think two level 1 parents will still produce a TB 1 of a foal as long as foal training is completed), then this would have to go into a bug report.
Unless I'm missing something. :)
