You need dusty green dye (you find this in exploration) and a white english pad (from the market). Then go to your craft room and click the tab Dyeing.

Dusty Green dye is a seasonal dye and is currently not in season. I forgot what season it is supposed to be in but basically any dye that isn't black, red, blue, green etc etc ((basics)) is considered dyes easily found. Anything else, as in Dusty Green Dye, Mint, Electric Purple Dye, Deep Blue Dye etc, needs to be in a certain season.
