Is this it for the game?

I was on today, taking care of my horses. Or, more specifically, attempting to. It has been a drag trying to get my horses taken care of. The game is sluggish, struggling to load, and I'm getting errors when clicking on things. Is any one else experiencing this? I know that this game has been dealing with problems related to the creator, not sure if I should call them that.
Are these errors a sign of something bad for the game? Or is this a bug that is going to be added to the list of unfixed bugs?

Currently? No. Even before everything blew up, I even ran into errors at times, even trying to log in. The lag though, that can honestly vary by whomever is on. For example, beforehand, if players were on with over 1k horses and being active, then yes, I've noticed a slog of the game/lag and not much to be done about it until they leave or you keep trying.
Outside of those issues, I haven't noticed anything since everything imploded. It might be a bug or it could be a server overload ordeal due to the X amount of horses a game has to load orrrr it could be something entirely different. While I do know I have a lot of horsee, almost all but three of my tabs are frozen and I notice nothing out of ordinary as of yet.
