Very happy to hear about the AI ~ and so happy to have the foal predictor back up and running!     Ran to unfreeze some horses just to test and so far so good (at least I can see Arabian foals now :D )   Will be nice being able to work on my Arabians again at least here and there.   

Hopefully some others will also give their thoughts on the mustang art to either help give feedback or balance out maybe what I am going to say / am not sure how to say (maybe my brain needs sleep).    The body itself doesn't scream Mustang as much to me.   Like I like the overall stance and motion, but the head feels a bit off and its missing the stockiness / sturdiness I feel like I am used to seeing with Mustangs - but it also very much depends on the Mustang herd (I know more of the draft  / stocky ones) so there isn't really a one size fits all - and know others may be more familiar with different builds.     I think its a good start at least though!    Can't fully put my finger on the best way to describe EXACTLY what feels a bit off from MUSTANG to me though.     You are doing a great job with it though Thunder!     Still very excited to see where you take a lot of these breed arts.

Love the use of original artwork! I also really like the pose! I agree that the mustang could be a bit stockier and I think the eye placement/positioning a bit off. Not sure what position would work best. 

I'm kinda in agreement with @FaminesRose with something feeling a little off and not quite “mustang”, although I think it's a great sketch if the intent was to try merging the stockier type of mustang with the slightly more “elegant” types. The front leg that's lifted looks very slightly weirdly turned, but I'm not sure if that's the sketch itself or just my brain's way of looking at lines. The head is also at an odd angle. We can just barely see the right eye peeking over, but the position of everything else on the head suggests it's looking straight forward, so we shouldn't be able to see anything that might possibly be the eye.

I think there could be more space between the ears and eye, too. It's just a smidgen too close together. And I think the eye might be turned a tiny bit too much? Like the lowest line on the top corner should be where the highest line on that corner is, out of the 3 lines making up the lid/lash line, if that makes sense.

Lastly, and this one's super minor because it could be more of a personal preference since I don't have much first-hand experience: I think the transition between the, uh… I don't know the proper terms for them, but the big round cheek (jaw?) part and the straight edge of the bottom jaw (chin?), just before it. I think that should be a little smoother/flatter. Think Rain's head outline vs Spirit's, referring to the animated movie. Hers is more what I think when I hear “mustang”, whereas his is more quarter horse- or American paint horse-y. Although, I do think they did a good job of giving Spirit definition to seem stronger/more masculine without making it too defined. But again, this one is very likely more of a personal preference. :)

Overall, I love it! Excited to get back into mustangs when this is done.

Hello Newbies, if you're reading this then this is the info for what Bed's past actions have been. Bed has created a pattern of behavior, that spans decades and other older games, where Bed will work on said game for a little while, time varies from weeks to months, and then disappears without any communication to anyone for months on end. All the while the game breaks and bug reports increase. This last time was the final straw for a majority of the community. The staff, Curly, Roze and Era quit and a majority of people pulled financial support. Only have those two things occurred had Bed finally made time for the game, which she has said is the lowest priority for her, and finally started fixing bugs, some as old as 2-3 years old. The game as is, is playable. It's your choice what you want to do it, just be informed. If you want proof, I have the screenshots and my Discord is Hope's Life.

@Nichikiiwe, the right eye was not intended to be visible, but fully obscured by a brow ridge. Unfortunately it's a bit of a rough sketch I didn't fully clean up. As for the head angle, the most natural option for the pose would probably be a full side view, but we try to keep the heads turned towards the viewer at least a little bit, so that the markings are visible and the tack is easier to fit. I'll definitely keep the comments in mind, thank You for Your input!

@FaminesRose the bodytype is based on one of the reference photos provided in the Mustang ideas thread but I think it's probably the torso and the butt that's a bit too slender and possibly the head should be a bit heavier, with a slightly roman nose shape that's obscured by the flared nostrils here.
