What does that mean? how do you level up?

There are no more levels at the moment. This feature is being expanded upon with more quests in the future :)

Im stuck at 557
It just means you haven't done a lot of “quests” from NPCs in Explore/Hoofbeat Plains as I'm over 1k over 600
