Dressage and Western Pleasure are the same

Has anyone else realized the the stats for Dressage and Western Pleasure are the same? Both are

Flexibility

Intelligence

Power

Is this purposeful? Maybe one should prioritize intelligence first instead of flexibility.

yep! i don't know for sure but since i hear western pleasure sometimes called the western version of dressage i assumed it was intentional lol. the nice thing is that western pleasure and dressage horses can freely switch between their discipline or even do both at the same time! though i can see that it could feel odd as the IRL disciplines are quite different.

I can understand this logic I suppose but I am not really sure if it provides that much benefit to the user other then opening them up to another show group with the same advantages.
I also feel like it throws off the balance of the discipline table as it removes a possible acceptable arrangement of stats.
Im not sure though but this is the current distribution of the number of times each stat appears in each column
Speed 4 2 2 → used  8 times total

Endurance 3 3 1 → used 7 times total

Flexibility 3 1 3 → used 7 times total

Intelligence 4 4 2 → used 10 times total

Agility 2 5 4 → used 11 times total

Power 2 2 6 → used 10 times total

HUS and Hunter have the same stats as well. With limited stats in game, its bound to happen with similar disciplines

that's fair! i think it'll even out more eventually as new disciplines get added, though it may take a long time as that's not being focused on right now.

@Maki the 3 stats are the same but the primary stat is different between Hunter and HUS. Cross Country and Flat Racing also share stats in a different order too.

I think the hunter and HUS makes a lot of sense having the same stats in a different order. I think it actually is super beneficial to the user. For example, I have some horses I am going to run in hunter but train some in HUS to bring up the Agility stat in my horses. I think if Western and Dressage complemented each other like hunter and HUS do it would benefit the users more.
