Thats not a game crossbreed, it was a campaign that got added into the game

Oh I assumed the known crossbreed came about through campaigns. 

No there are in game crossbreeds that already existed. Campaigns only just started being implemented relatively recently

Pintaloosas are also a finalized campaign - but the art isn't finalized yet so it's not truly finalized. But it will be like the Walkaloosa once the art is finalized where it will show as an actual breed.  Foals may show as an actual breed now but on the other campaigns once they're in the final stages you can't enter them into generations for halter showing/leveling until they're official. Should be pretty soon though.
