stable categories

ok i know at some point i made categories to sort my horses out a bit but i dont remember how i did it so i can change the ones i have now or atleast make new categories. im not talking tags
Do you mean tabs? If so, it's Estate-→ Manage and hit up the Tabs option, then Create A Tab to create one.
Once it is named, you can hit the lil pencil icon to edit it up to move it into an order, if you so wish. Just make sure you hit save in the end.
Thanks yeah and of course last night right after I posted that I figured it out lol
