For example xc they jumped the first jump but refused second putting them in third and see who won and what their times were etc. and maybe be able to see result like this for other shows happening.

Personally, although I like the idea, this won't help us determine our horse's betterment in any particular discipline. It's not like we can improve them in any particular way. That said, adding to the realism in this way is an interesting concept.
But I wouldn't be up-voting this. It would probably be difficult to program and add (even if it's entirely randomized) and there are many other options that can actually impact us that would be just as interesting.
