Enter All Settings

Hey All!
I purchased the Enter All Button but noticed I have to change the settings every time for it to even work, is there a way to permanently change the settings? I feel like I have to be missing something, otherwise I am doing almost just as much work as manually entering shows.
Estate - Manage - Settings (at the bottom)
