I'm genuinely puzzled about their reasoning behind this action. When my topic was locked, they failed to offer any explanation, which left me feeling frustrated and upset.☹ Clear communication is essential, and I believe I deserve to understand the rationale behind this decision. 

RP isn't strictly forbidden in their rules, however, there is no RP forum, and off topic posts aren't allowed in any forum as per site rule 3.7:

"3.7) All forum posts must be posted to the correct forum and pertain to the forum they are posted in. Ex. A horse sale ad would be posted to the horse sale forum, not the general store."

So your role-play was rule breaking in the sense it was off topic for the forum you posted it in. And as there's no rp forum, rp threads wouldn't belong anywhere. 

I don't see an issue with their ruling considering horse fable is a game and not an rp site, and the rp threads constantly drowned out genuine ads and help posts in the community feed. 

You can always make a discord server for you and your friends if you wish to rp.

I agree with rising start it was a bit odd I might contact some one about it the lounge theoretically is for anything you want to discuss so theoretically the rp would have been the way to go right? I am going to contact someone about this.

I used to use free forum board sites back in the day but I dont know what still exists as this was like... middle school lol

What more communication are you looking for exactly? The devs have nothing to do with and Roze stated in the locked posts that RP isnt allowed and that the posts would be locked. 

I can think it can be a bit confusing if it only says everything must be on topic, and the lounge is off topic. Maybe rules should completely state that RP isnt allowed.
