Discipline Levels Went Backwards?

Hi! Not sure if I am missing something or if I should be reporting this as a bug. One of my horses was able to compete in Universal Cutting shows and now suddenly the only cutting shows available are Foundation. Is there a reason for this happening or is this a bug?
It's not a bug, likely your horse just entered the next tier. After completing Universal level in tier 1, it automatically levels up to Foundation tier 2. Your horse will keep progressing through this tier the same as the last one, until Universal tier 2 when you'll move to Foundation tier 3.
