Mare stuck in transport?

I bought this mare: https://horsefable.com/horse/1282139
She is frozen and stuck in my transport, there is no option to edit her profile, board her, etc. What am I supposed to do? Ive tried to move her via the estate manage but she does not show up there.
There is an option in the transport to 'Board All At Home'. It's there at the top, right next to the Manage button. Did you try this option yet? It may require you to temporarily send enough of your horses into board in order to do this.
