you need to combine the hats and belts in the craft room

Witch hats dont have to have a belt but you have to attach a belt to a hat to use the belt in the craft room.

Have you tried using the equipper on the horses page to equip hats? I never use the storage room to equip tack 

witch hats cannot be equipped unless they are combined with a belt.

What? I have used hats without belts before?

It was like last Halloween, I dont have those horses with hats now lol its not working now but I swear I have in the past. It seems silly to have them be required 

How do you attach the belts to the witches hats? I go to the craft room but the belts and hat aren't showing up at all.

@maki, I remember when they were added and people were asking how to equip them, the answer was you had to combine them with a belt first- they've never been able to be equipped on their own. 

@ horsebreeder,  belts show up in the second slot in the encrusting tab. if you have many items in your inventory it can take a second or so to load.. also check if you do have any hat belts in your inventory if it doesn't show up.

My storage room isn't showing up.... SO...... yaaaaa.......
