Tail Growth Serum?

I just picked up a quest to bring Strata a tail growth serum - I've never seen/heard of these before so I have no idea where to even look for one! Any ideas? I'm wondering if it's connected to the upcoming mane/tail style options and the quest has slipped through before the items have!

Yeah I have definitely never heard of it before but it sounds like it would be something with the new manes and tails, and sounds pretty freaking cool!

That's what I'm thinking! The quest specifically didn't say crafted as an option so that rules out it being a witch's cauldron item too
And it wouldnt make sense for us to have a tail growth serum at the given moment
Interesting that would make since on their last announcement since the horse had a weird tail on the shadow thing.
