Go to market, then to market trades, then in the top right corner of your screen there should be a button that says Trade +, then you create your trade.

Oh I forgot, also what do dyes normally sell for?

Regular dyes are somewhat less and seasonal usually more, especially if its off season. This should have all but the newest dyes I think listed on it. It really depends on the person. Regular dyes I usually sell 1k each. I sell seasonals for 2k but some people will buy them for more than that if they really want them. 

I'm buying mulberry and midnight dyes for 3k each right now. And I buy amethyst (found in the mine) for 6k. :) 

Ok, I didn't see a velvet red dye. do you know what category that fits in?

Its a new seasonal just added so it wouldnt be on there yet. Might get a bit more for it as its fairly new
