In crossbred campaigns do people make their own names for their crossbreds or do they take crossbreds that they know and use those crossbreds?

You can make your own
most if not all real life crossbreeds have already been taken like Pintaloosas and Welaras, so if you want to make a campaign you'd likely have to come up with your own cross and breed name.
