Selling horses

How much would level 13-32 horses sell for?.
depends on a lot of other things. Levels that low wont add much, if anything, to the value of a horse though.
For a horse's level to add to its sale value it'd need to be 50 or higher.

Varies per person. There are a lot of factors besides levels. Breed, color, PS, BS, etc
