Do employees hwlp with horses you board at home?

Hi!
I purchased an employee (Davita) so that she would groom my horses. But it seems that isn't happening. So what are employees for?
You have to manually do it yourself. Click Manage under the horse tab, then Care tab, and at the top there will be a box for groom, check it and pay and it will groom all your horses in one go.
