Dunskin Fjord missing guard hairs?

I noticed this one color of Fjord appears to be missing the lighter guard hairs around the mane? https://horsefable.com/horse/1823068
It looks like it's just with Aa dunskin, so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that? Or is this a bug?
