Pictures not showing?

Good evening everyone!
New here, was going to create my first horse and I can't see the pictures at all. It's just the ? icon instead of the horses profile picture. I'm playing on a iPhone 15 and haven't had any problems with the site before, only now. Restarted my phone and also cleared my web browser.
Any help? Thank you in advance!
Are you at the foundation store? If so thats what it's supposed to look like. You get a random horse from the foundation. The design is where you can custom create a horse.
