You do not no. Training All is under Estate --> Training Center. Under there you can set it up how you want to train your horses. For me, I only have all my horses set to one discipline, 5 times and at the bottom is a Train All button. Hit that and then all are trained, this also works for foals every 3 hours.

Enter all is Estate --> Manage --> Settings. Under that you can set up how you want to enter your horses and whether it's for disciplines only. Halters only or a mix match of the two. I only run Disciplines on all my horses unless I have it set up for Halters but it's a nice one click enter into disc/halters instead of one at a time. Halters I believe has a bug if the horse doesn't have 100% energy, then you cannot do Enter All from their page ((please note this is how I do it)) and have to manually tick each box up to 4 times and then hit enter.
