Dye Colors

Hello!
I got two different quests while exploring the plains; one asks for a Navy halter, and one asks for 2 Midnight halters. I'm assuming I buy White halters from the general store and dye them, but are there Navy dyes and Midnight dyes, or do they require a different process? When I look at a White halter x black dye, it just shows me a Black halter, which I'm gonna go out on a limb and say is not the same thing as a Midnight halter lol

navy and midnight dye cannot be found in hoofbeat plains right now, if you want to complete the quests you would have to buy the dyes from someone else.
though you may be able to find them in the scrap yard, i've noticed there's a fairly high rate of finding out of season dyes there.

Another recommendation is ask around for the halters cheap and the dyes in market trade
