I went through looking at clubs and noticed that several have founders who haven't been active in months, making it kind of moot to register horses in them.  Is there a way to circumvent this?  The Harlequin Warmblood Club is one of them and it would be nice to be able to have horses accepted into the registry.  I am currently kicking myself for not checking club activity status first.
