How do get straws

Trying to draw a few straws/ sticks from my best horses how can I do that? (I would put this in help but I can't get into it sorry)
1. What do you mean you "can't get into it"? What is happening?
2. Town-> Breeding Clinic.
3. Let me know if you need more help.
The Help forum is unable to be accessed right now - there is a bug report for it already.
